3PSC is a small business in its business area (less than 500 employees) that meets standards set for large businesses in the Federal Sector. With annual revenues of about $30 million, 3PSC has the business structures in place to perform major tasks. Members of our management team have experience in working for very large US defense contractors. We understand the government's requirements, government contracting rules and, more importantly, how to win and successfully perform major government contracts.
3PSC provides services to operate and maintain ships. Must of our employees are members of the United States Merchant Marines. We are affiliated with the Seafarers International Union and the American Maritime Officers Union. We provide logistics support including shipyard overhauls and major ship alterations. We have worldwide operating experience as well as experience in maintaining ships in reduced operating status ready to activate and sail in 96 hours.
3PSC currently operates and maintains the USNS Gilliland and USNS Gordon for the MSC Sealift Surge LMSR program. These ships are almost 1,000 feet long and carry up to 380,000 square feet of cargo, the equivalent of eight football fields, at speeds up to 24 knots. 3PSC has also operated MSC Special Mission Ships in support to the Navy's submarine silencing program and the Trident
Missile Program.
