Instructions for the Electronic Employment Application
If you have elected to download the smaller (46 kb) zip file, you will need to un-zip it. If your computer does not have the program PKUZIP to un-zip the file you can download it (free) at:
http://www.pkware.com/downloads/software/utilities/reader/
All you need to download is the "ZIP Reader for Windows."
If you open the file in Zip Reader, click on OPEN, then EXTRACT, then OPEN. Ignore the password box, and click on READ ONLY. You will still be able to fill in the blanks and print the document.
Please fill in all of the blanks. We recognize that some of the entries are redundant. This is because we need to break the document up to protect your privacy.
Please save the file Giving it a new name (which should be your first name and last name). Just type your name in the bottom of the dialogue box that you get from clicking the top menu FILE/SAVE. WORD will automatically add the ".doc."
Please pay attention to the directory in which you save your application because you will need to find it to attach it to an email!! Once it is saved you should:
1. Print it out and then sign each spot for your signature. Then close the file (assuming it is saved.) Please mail the original to:
